We started B Optima Health to close critical gaps in PrEP access and build a smarter, more equitable prevention infrastructure for clinics, colleges, and communities nationwide.

B Optima Health is a public-health technology and services company specializing in PrEP access, patient activation, mobile clinical coverage, and prevention supplies.

For over 15 years, our team has partnered with health departments, 340B clinics, colleges, and community organizations to expand PrEP access where traditional clinic models fall short.

We manage the PrEP Mobilizers™ Network — two coordinated field teams:

1. Prevention Activators (Volume Generation)

Campus & community outreach
Digital engagement + lead qualification
Activation funnel management
High-volume patient generation for 340B programs and telehealth partners

2. Clinical Mobilizers (LPNs + Phlebotomists)

At-home and mobile blood draws
In-clinic or in-home injectable PrEP administration (Apretude / Yetzugo)
Specimen delivery & patient coordination
Provider-order workflows
